These terms govern your use of Kyvoi's Microsoft 365 security assessment service. By using Kyvoi, you agree to them.
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you (and, where you act for an organization, that organization) and Kyvoi Ventures Private Limited ("Kyvoi"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Kyvoi scans a connected Microsoft 365 tenant against security controls, maps findings to compliance frameworks, estimates risk exposure, and provides AI-generated remediation guidance in a report. The service is provided on a subscription or per-scan basis as described on our pricing page.
3. Authorization and read-only access
To scan a tenant, an authorized administrator must grant Kyvoi read-only access through Microsoft's official OAuth 2.0 consent. You confirm you are authorized to grant that consent for the tenant you connect. Kyvoi accesses configuration on a read-only basis and does not modify your environment. You may revoke access at any time through Microsoft Entra.
4. Plans, billing and marketplace purchases
Paid plans are billed at the rates shown at purchase. Where you buy through Microsoft commercial marketplace, billing and any applicable terms of that marketplace also apply. Plans are based on your organization's actual licensed Microsoft 365 user count; we may verify this at scan time and adjust your plan accordingly, with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
- Only connect tenants you are authorized to assess.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not use Kyvoi to violate any law or any third party's rights.
6. Intellectual property
Kyvoi, including its software, reports formatting, control library and framework mappings, is owned by Kyvoi and its licensors. The findings and report generated for your tenant are yours to use within your organization. You may not resell or redistribute the service itself without our written agreement.
Important — no guarantee of security or compliance. Kyvoi is an assessment and advisory tool. A scan reflects configuration at a point in time and does not guarantee that your environment is secure, breach-proof, or compliant with any standard or regulation. Kyvoi's reports are informational and are not legal, audit, or certification opinions. You remain responsible for your security decisions and for engaging qualified auditors where formal attestation is required.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyvoi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Kyvoi's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Kyvoi in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke tenant access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required to protect the service or comply with law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi, India, will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you are located.
