By accessing or using the Kyvoi M365 Security Assessment platform ("Service") operated by Kyvoi Ventures Private Limited ("Kyvoi", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including individuals accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity.
Kyvoi provides an automated Microsoft 365 security assessment tool that scans your tenant configuration via Microsoft Graph API and generates compliance reports mapped to industry frameworks including ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA, India DPDP Act 2023, CERT-In Directions, RBI IT Framework, SEBI CSCRF, and others.
The Service includes a PDF report, AI-powered security advisory, and access to a customer dashboard at api.kyvoi.com/dashboard.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
The Service uses Microsoft OAuth 2.0 to access your Microsoft 365 tenant. By completing the consent flow, you authorise Kyvoi to access your tenant configuration data on a read-only basis using the permissions listed on the consent screen.
You may revoke this access at any time from your Microsoft Entra admin centre under Enterprise Applications → Kyvoi → Delete. Revoking access will not delete data already processed; submit a data deletion request to remove that data.
You may not:
Paid plans are billed as stated on the kyvoi.com pricing page or Microsoft Marketplace listing at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through Microsoft Marketplace are subject to Microsoft's billing terms. Microsoft collects payment and disburses amounts to Kyvoi per the Marketplace publisher agreement.
Payments processed via PayU are subject to PayU Payments Private Limited's terms and conditions.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact support@kyvoi.com within 14 days of the charge.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Kyvoi does not warrant that:
Security assessments are point-in-time evaluations. Reports are intended as guidance and a starting point for remediation — not as certification of compliance.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Kyvoi in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, report templates, and control mappings, is owned by Kyvoi Ventures Private Limited. Your scan results and generated reports are yours to use for your organisation's internal purposes. You may not resell or distribute reports as your own product without written permission from Kyvoi.
