Each band is charged at its own rate, so your effective per-user price falls as you grow — and both products are capped, so it stops rising entirely at the top. A Kyvoi scan reads your tenant configuration rather than walking your user list, so a 50,000-user tenant takes the same two minutes as a 500-user one. We price it that way too. Kyvoi scans tenants up to 99,999 licensed users.
Up to 500 users you buy directly in the Azure Marketplace. Above that we issue a private offer at the rates shown — same rates for everyone, no negotiation required.
