Continuous Monitoring

Know the moment your Microsoft 365 posture drifts.

Kyvoi watches your tenant around the clock and alerts your team in Microsoft Teams the instant a control regresses — each alert tagged with the MITRE ATT&CK technique and the compliance clauses it affects. Silent when all is well. Loud when it matters.

📡

Drift detection, not noise

Kyvoi re-checks your tenant on the schedule you choose and compares it to the last known good state. You hear from us only when something actually changes.

🎯

MITRE & framework context

Every alert maps the drift to a MITRE ATT&CK technique and the exact compliance clauses it breaks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, DPDP, and more.

💬

Delivered into Teams

Alerts arrive as rich, actionable cards in a Teams channel you control — with deep links to fix the issue in the Microsoft portal.

🔒

Agentless & outbound-only

Nothing to install, no inbound connections, no firewall changes. Kyvoi reads via read-only Graph and sends alerts outbound to your Teams webhook.

🔕

Three-tier noise control

Critical and high-severity regressions alert instantly. Lower-severity changes are batched into a digest. No change means no message.

⏱

Your cadence

Check as often as every 15 minutes or as gently as once a day. Billing is metered by check volume — pay for the vigilance you choose.

What an alert looks like

When a control regresses, this lands in your Teams channel — instantly, with everything your team needs to act.

Set up in under two minutes

Monitoring delivers to a Teams channel you own, using an incoming webhook you create and control.

  1. In Microsoft Teams, open (or create) the channel where you want alerts — for example, Kyvoi Alerts.
  2. Click the … next to the channel name and choose Workflows.
  3. Select "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received" (also shown as "Send webhook alerts to a channel"). Confirm your team and channel, then create it.
  4. Copy the webhook URL it generates.
  5. Paste it into Kyvoi, choose your alert severities and check frequency, and click Save.

Keep your webhook URL private. Anyone with it can post to your channel. If it's ever exposed, delete the workflow and create a new one. Full details are in the Continuous Monitoring guide.

Stay compliant between audits.

A one-time report tells you where you stand today. Continuous Monitoring makes sure you stay there — and tells you the second you don't.
